"I am very passionate about using great quality olive oil in my kitchen. In following the roots of my ancestry it has brought me to Sparta on Greece’s Peloponnese peninsula where we harvest and hand select Koroneki olives. These luscious olives are hand-picked so that every olive is picked at just the right moment and then cold pressed to make this exclusive extra virgin olive oil. The result is a smooth rich and fruity olive oil with a velvety texture and low acidity. This makes my olive oil ideal for many uses in the kitchen from marinates to cooking, to finishing soups and sauces in standard vinaigrettes as well as right out of the bottle with warm crusty bread... it’s just that good!
